Our Story

The founders met in Panama City's crypto co-working space in 2022, where they noticed arcade fans struggling to buy game top-ups with digital assets. Existing platforms required fiat, KYC, or slow bank transfers, so they built Playmint as a USDT and crypto-only marketplace. Starting with Steam and PSN cards, they expanded to Genshin and PUBG, processing 52,151 orders across 26 countries. Their gold-themed design pays homage to classic arcade tokens.
